1. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached

• Final sale items (marked "non-refundable") cannot be returned

Process:

1. Email service@Onekhabari.com with your order number and reason for return

2. Our team will provide return instructions within 24 hours

3. Ship items to our warehouse (return shipping costs are customer's responsibility)

4. Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items

2. Exchanges

Available Options:

• Size/color exchanges (subject to availability)

• Must be requested within 14 days of delivery

How to Exchange:

1. Contact service@Onekhabari.com with your exchange request

2. Return original item following provided instructions

3. We'll ship replacement once return is received

4. Free return shipping for exchanges due to our error

Note: Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

3. Damaged/Defective Items

Immediate Action Required:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Provide photos/video clearly showing damage/defect

3. We will arrange:

   • Free return shipping (if needed)

   • Full refund OR priority replacement

Important: Keep all original packaging for damaged items
